Enrique has approximately 25 years of law enforcement experience and has an extensive background on crime scene/background investigations . Enrique started his career as a State of Florida corrections officer and worked in transfer/receiving at a South Florida Corrections Facility. Enrique had the task of fingerprinting hundreds of inmates and processing them.

Enrique then started his police career in 1988 and worked in the Uniformed Patrol Division and later as the on call crime scene investigator processing scenes for fingerprints. Enrique attended several crime scene investigation schools as well the basic fingerprint school. He was later assigned to the Special Investigations Section (SIS) and attended several undercover narcotics schools and was assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Task Force Officer. Enrique was also a member of the SWAT Team and the Uniform Honor Guard.

In 1996 I.D. Investigative Service was incorporated and Enrique obtained his "A" (Agency) Private Investigators License as well as the "C" (investigator) License. Fingerprint Technologies was later added to accomodate the majority of our clients. Enrique's vast knowledge of crime scene fingerprinting makes the task easier for training his employees and getting the job done right the first time.

Enrique has a BS in Criminal Justice Aministration from Florida International University and a Masters in Business.

Liang has had extensive fingerprint training and is also a Notary for the State of Florida. Liang is trained on the use of the ID 500 Live Scan machine and has done thousands of Live Scans.
