Note: Fingerprint cards are supplied to the applicants by the issuing agencies. If applicant doen't have the fingerprint card, we will supply one for a small fee.

- Fingerprints submitted electronically to FDLE : V.E.C.H.S & other State Of Florida Licenses: $43.25 (criminal background check) + $20.00 (Fingerprint fee & Transmittal) = $63.25
- V.E.C.H.S. volunteers submission to FDLE: $33.25 (criminal background check) + $20.00
(Fingerprint fee & Tranmittal) = $53.25
- DCF criminal background level two : $27.25 (criminal background check) + $20.00
(Fingerprint fee & Tranmittal) = $47.25
